The Bayside at Bethany Lakes community offers a large clubhouse with an indoor pool and game room, and outside you’ll find a large outdoor seasonal pool that overlooks the bay as well as tennis courts and a playground. Don’t forget to get in a round of golf. Salt Pond Public Golf course is less than a mile away.

Things to Know
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a Resort Fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week OR $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests must return the key FOB to the check in office or guests will be charged for replacement.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
