This cozy mountainside condo is within close proximity of, well, everything! From the famous local hot springs to Steamboat Ski Resort, just one block away, you’ll have all the best restaurants, boutiques, and activities of Steamboat Springs right at your fingertips - that is, if you can ever pull yourself away from this gorgeous home!
Inside, you’ll find a remodeled and well-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar with lovely stools and an adjacent dining area with a table that seats up to six dinner guests. The living room has comfortable leather furniture (a great place to entertain your friends), a gas fireplace to bring in some cozy atmosphere, and access to the private balcony - the ideal setting for a glass of evening wine with someone you love.
When it’s time to turn in, there is a king-size bed in the main bedroom along with an en suite bathroom boasting a walk-in shower, plus private balcony access and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin, a TV, and access to another full bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping accommodations.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus’ Cruise and Three O’Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.
You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!
