This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $95/night. You MUST notify management at least seven days in advance of your arrival if you would like to purchase pool heat. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $X.
Please note that the pool and spa share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool heat must also be activated. When the spa is isolated to reach a higher temperature, the pool will temporarily stop heating. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the spa when it is not in use.
If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to arrange pool and spa heating. The heating fee must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact management after booking to add pool and spa heat to their reservation.
