Whether you’re planning a romantic escape, a family adventure, or a trip with friends, this property can accommodate your needs. Plus, it’s kid-friendly! The home is on the first floor of a walkup building less than 500 feet from the Steamboat Mountain resort. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and there is a creek running in front of the condo. Wake up to breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The condo’s large windows and private balcony provide the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment with a TV and streaming services. The condo complex offers a range of amenities, including hot tubs, free covered parking, and a free shuttle around Steamboat (winter only), making your stay as enjoyable as possible. The open living area includes a spacious living room, dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the company of your loved ones while preparing meals or cozy up by the fireplace during the chilly winter evenings. Two cozy bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom features an en suite bath. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property does not accept or participate in sports team events or discounts. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
