Located in East Beach Village, this condo boasts access to a pristine beach, Night Heron Park, and Heron Park Nature Center.
This beautiful first floor, one bedroom villa in East Beach has been completely renovated. This Mariner’s Watch villa has hardwood floors throughout, granite counters, new stainless appliances and is beautifully decorated. The master closet space was redecorated in order to create a roomy bathroom with a rainwater shower experience. Built-in cabinets were added for storage in the bedroom and the living area to make room for additional luggage and clothing.
The screened porch offers a beautiful scenic, almost private wooded view, showing the direct path to the beach which is about 50 yards (3 minute walk) from this unit! The villa has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, accommodating 4 guests and allows parking for 2 cars. (Note: the bikes in the picture are not included with this property.)
There are 2 TV’s and wireless internet. Soundproofing was added to the ceiling area to minimize noise from adjoining units.
