This home is on the edge of the Chattahoochee National Forest, putting you right by great hiking, water sports, and more. The nearby Bavarian alpine village of Helen offers nearby amenities, restaurants, and shopping as well.
This inviting two-story, Sautee Nacoochee home features beautiful rock details and wood accents, creating a rustic and welcoming vibe. The comfortable living room has leather furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, and amazing floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the forest.
Next to the living area, there’s a dining space with seating for six where you can enjoy lovely group meals. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have stainless steel appliances and a convenient dishwasher for easy cleanup.
Head outside for even more luxury - on the screened-in porch, there’s a gas grill and another table set for alfresco dining. Take a relaxing soak in the private hot tub, complete with LED non-heating fireplace to set the tone. For s’mores and campfire fun, there’s also a firepit in the front yard.
With two stylish master suites and two full bathrooms, this home will sleep up to six guests, plus a family dog for a small nightly pet fee. Each master suite has a king-size bed with a rustic log bed frame and an updated bath. There’s also a futon for additional sleeping options.
On the second story, a lofted space features a pool table that overlooks the living room, where you can enjoy a nice game of billiards inside. In the living room, sit back in front of the large flatscreen TV with DVD player or hop on the complimentary WiFi.
When you’re ready to explore the area, the beautiful Unicoi Lake and State Park is just two miles away for fishing, hiking, bird watching, and boating. Guests acknowledge that we require guests of pet-friendly rental units located within the Highcrest Summit POA must comply with the following conditions:
1) Guests must indicate in their reservation the number of dogs (not to exceed the Max Dog occupancy) and pay related pet fees.
2) Highcrest Summit HOA states: ’Dogs must be on a leash at all times, per Highcrest Summit HOA covenants and White County, Georgia Animal Control.’
3) Highcrest Summit HOA states: ’If your dog is reported/found to be off-leash at any time, you will be evicted from the premises immediately and forfeit all funds related to your rental stay.’
4) Highcrest Summit HOA states: ’No pit bulls or pit bull mixes allowed.’
