Whether you’re looking for a secluded and peaceful place to escape from your busy day-to-day life or a home base that puts you conveniently close to unlimited outdoor adventures, this home is sure to fit the bill. Step through your front door and into a cozy living area with soaring ceilings, large windows, comfortable furnishings, a wall-mounted TV, and a fireplace. Just around the corner, the visiting chefs in your group will love the sparkling island kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, a separate coffee bar, plus an adjacent dining area with a large table and a wood-burning stove. Indulge in a little friendly competition out in the garage game room with Ping-Pong, foosball, and darts, a wet bar, and a relaxing dry sauna. Or head out back to whip up something tasty on the gas grill, soak in your private hot tub, walk to the creek, or watch the stars come out while you gather around the firepit. We also know that sometimes work can’t wait, that’s why Clear Creek Retreat comes equipped with high-speed internet and workspaces including three bedrooms with desks and one bedroom with a small pullout tray stand. As for sleeping arrangements, this home features four bedrooms including a spacious king-size room, two rooms with queens, and a fourth bedroom/den with a twin daybed with trundle and private balcony.
Although you may feel like this home is tucked away in the middle of nowhere, a short drive will deliver you to local restaurants and a grocery store, while you will also be within a pleasant 20-mile drive of the larger city of Sandy to the west or skiing at Timberline Lodge to the east. With the spectacular Sandy River close by, and fabulous lakes including Trillium Lake and Timothy Lake (18 and 34 miles, respectively), anyone who enjoys fishing, boating, or swimming will love it here! Additionally, some of the country’s best hiking and biking trails are to be found here as well!
