This spacious townhouse is just steps from the pool and beach! Relax in style and create lasting memories in this gorgeous home. You’ll be just a short walk to the community amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, a children’s pool, three private bay beaches, a locker room, a party room, a library, walking trails, a fishing pier, boat docks, restaurant, and a market. The townhouse is well-appointed with five TVs, two DVD players, free WiFi, a fully-equipped kitchen, a soaking tub in the main bath, and a private washer/dryer, plus central AC!
Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
