This two-bedroom, two-bath Island Club condo is the right one to choose for family getaways and other gatherings. Fun can be had by all at the community’s pool complex, hot tub, nine tennis courts, fishing lagoon, and picnic areas.
The villa is within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean and beach as well as the community’s other amenities such as the basketball and racquetball courts and the health club and pro shop. From this condo in the Folly Field area, you’re also a short drive away from the many fine shops and restaurants of Hilton Head Island.
Your fourth-floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with updated cabinets, modern appliances, and a two-seat breakfast bar. The living room includes a 32-inch flatscreen TV with cable and DVD player, a pull-out sofa bed, and access to the oceanview patio via a set of sliding doors. The primary bedroom features additional access to the patio, a king bed, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The second bedroom contains a twin and a queen bed and offers access to the full hallway bathroom.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.
