With three flatscreen TVs, nearby beach access, shared pools and hot tub, this Island Club villa is the ideal getaway choice for your next vacation. This well-manicured resort property is half a mile from the Folly Field Beach Park, which you can walk to or rent a bike to ride. Walkways weave through the verdant landscape of the complex, offering direct access to the beach and the resort’s sundeck. Within the complex, you’ll find nine tennis courts, fishing lagoons, a fitness center, and basketball courts, as well as a picnic area with lawn games, a children’s playground, and multiple shared pools. This two-bedroom condo features an open galley kitchen with upgraded counters and modern appliances, as well as free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. The living room is complete with sliding glass doors that lead to a wide patio. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the patio. The second bedroom contains two twin beds. Thanks to the sub-tropical climate and a bustling resort community, the Island Club is open all year long and available for relaxing beach getaways. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction). The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.
