Your next vacation to the Oregon Coast will be a delight with this house in Rockaway Beach, featuring a dog-friendly attitude with a yard and easy beach access just down the street! Located a short walk east of the center of town, you’ll have easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as easy, level access to the beach a few blocks beyond (a third of a mile from the house). Spend your mornings walking with your dog beside the surf, snap some photos of Twin Rocks, then grab a tasty meal at a local restaurant. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Stairs are required to access this property. This home does not have a dishwasher.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
