A brightly colored three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo beckons from the 12th green of the Moab Golf Club. The home provides a private patio, gas fireplace, and access to a shared seasonal pool.
Located in Spanish Valley, the complex is surrounded in panoramic red rock vistas while being located just a five-minute drive from quaint downtown Moab. Here you’ll find eateries, microbreweries, and boutiques featuring southwestern art and jewelry.
The vibrant living room of this home offers a gas fireplace and plush couch and arm chairs to sink into in front of the flatscreen cable TV. A DVD player is provided for movie nights with cozy atmosphere created by the gas fireplace. WiFi is also available. When you find yourself hungry, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a sumptuous meal, perhaps with produce from the local farmers market at Swanny City Park in season. A dishwasher is provided also.
After lunch, step out on the stucco patio with lush views of the grounds. A gas grill is provided should you prefer to throw some burgers on rather than cook in the kitchen. Meanwhile, a relaxing round of 18 holes awaits just a jump away, as does a hop in the shared pool open April to October.
The bedrooms of this home provide sleeping space for up to eight guests. The master bedroom offers a king bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, and the final bedroom has a queen bed and a twin daybed. You’ll have two full bathrooms, both with showers, as well as a private washer/dryer. All will sleep well in the home’s central A/C.
This home is easily accessible to all Moab’s highlights, including Arches and Canyonland National Parks both an easy drive away. Nearby in the Spanish Valley Ken’s Lake is a draw for fishing and swimming, or drop into the local vineyard for a wine tasting. Another great way to explore is to hop in the car and simply cruise the local scenic routes such as the Upper and Lower Colorado River byways, and Dead Horse Point Mesa Byway. Head out early and catch the sunrise at an epic vista, then adventure the day away and catch a splendid sunset over the red rock.
The colors of the southwest come alive at this condo with resort amenities. Don’t miss the opportunity for desert adventure with the comforts of home - book today!
