The first floor of the main house features a game room with a pool table, foosball table, wet bar, and TV area with a sofa bed, as well as two bedrooms with direct access to the pool deck with a pool spa. Upstairs, you’ll love the vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and several seating areas for playing cards, reading a book on the daybed, or gathering around the TV in the living area. (The fireplace is not operational.) The adjoining screened porch has a sofa and chairs and a lovely view of the pool below. Perch at the kitchen island while the chef creates crowd-pleasing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, then serve memorable meals at two dining tables. The primary suite boasts a private balcony, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and large shower. Another suite, guest bedroom, and guest bathroom round out this floor. Featuring two suites and a living area with a sofa bed, the guest house is ideal for extended families, couples, or anyone wanting more privacy.
Spend quality time on the secluded pool deck that includes a salt water pool and salt water spa, two outdoor dining tables and 11 lounge chairs. Play cornhole and giant Jenga, or catch a game on the outdoor TV while dinner sizzles on the propane grill. An outdoor cooler adds convenience while entertaining, while the garage is available for storage during your stay.

This property has a salt water pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. For the spa to be heated, the pool must also be heated. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.
A 7 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact management after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
