The townhome is perfect for multiple families as it features 2 living spaces (on different floors).
The deck off the main living space features a hot tub, seating and a BBQ Gas grill while the deck off the master bedroom on the 3rd floor features a gas fire pit with seating. The townhome features the expected amenities such as WIFI, cable TV, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), garage with space for one vehicle (And 2 more in front of the garage) and a fully stocked kitchen.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
