The Space:
Bama Farmhouse has a spacious living area with a large TV - perfect for watching Alabama Football and more! There are also board games to keep friends and family occupied. For cooler months, enjoy sitting around the gas fireplace in the living room!
Kitchen & Dining Area:
Bama Farmhouse can seat up to 16 people for dining. The dining room can seat up to 6 people. There is bar seating off the kitchen for 3 people, and more bar seating off the living room for 3 more people. There is also a kitchen table that seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep a meal or tailgate snacks! You will also have both a 12 cup drip coffee maker and a single serve Keurig, so that everyone can stay fully caffeinated...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
