Shadowrock is a secluded lake and mountain view luxury tiny home located on 2.5 private acres overlooking Sardis Lake. The home includes over 350 SF of outdoor living space with a firepit and comfortable seating to take in the beautiful view. It is located approximately 2.5 hours from the Dallas, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Vaulted ceilings & a wall of windows allow for panoramic lake views from almost any angle. The lake has a boat ramp, docks, a beach, and a playground for the kids. The lake is great for fishing & recreational water sports. COME RELAX & ENJOY!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - You are not to have more than the max number of guests allowed at the property.
